Frontier Airplane "GRACE" the Swan Dedicated to Healing Wings

Frontier Airlines is also family! Family, all the way from the animals on the airplanes to it's employees, all departments, all cities.

In March 2011, Healing Wings for Tim Galloway was created by a Frontier Flight Attendant desiring to support another Frontier Flight Attendant battling cancer. The mission was to raise funds to offset medical bills for one of our family members- Tim Galloway.

Frontier Flight Attendant, Tim Galloway, passed away November 19, 2011. He will be forever missed at Frontier Airlines and in the sky.

Every time a Frontier employee passes away it reminds us all of other employees lost over the years. Whether it was due to cancer or various other circumstances.

Healing Wings has brought an amazing Frontier family together in supporting another family member. In Denver, the name Healing Wings has become a household name that nearly all employees are familiar with or have heard of the name, or they knew of Flight Attendant Tim Galloway.

Tim Galloway's passing sparked a conversation about having a Frontier Airplane name dedication to "Healing Wings" in general. There have been 2-3 other name dedications in recent years. So this would not be something new.

To have an airplane dedicated to Healing Wings WOULD represent ALL Frontier family members we've lost over the years. To see the name Healing Wings on an airplane ties are values together. People are priceless, a co-worker is a neighbor, we are only as good as our word, we're in this together, we don't charge for the extra mile, and this smile is real.

I, AmyChristine Proctor, a Frontier Flight Attendant who started Healing Wings, would like to be able to choose the airplane for a dedication.

I would love to see Frontier aircraft N904FR "Grace" the trumpeter swan as the airplane dedicated to "Healing Wings".

There are a couple reasons for choosing this airplane.

The swan in this respect, we can intuit the swan’s appearance in our lives as an arrow pointing to our dreamier depths and feelings. Furthermore, we get the sense of balance from swan meaning as it lives harmoniously. Grounding herself on earth, lofting to great heights in the air, and winding through waters with magnificent elegance. The Swan holds a multitude of representations including love, grace, purity, beauty and sincerity.

The second reason for choosing this airplane. I just recently found out from the family of Tim Galloway, along with several employees who submitted names for this aircraft, Tim Galloway had submitted the name "Grace" which was to honor his daughter-Grace. Several names submitted and "Grace" was the winner for aircraft N904FR.
