Get timturner9 and bigredbigred's Neopets Accounts Back!

Me (timturner9) and my friend, bigredbigred, were successful Neopians with Neopets whom we loved and cherished. I had CosmoOddparent the usul, WandaOddparent the usul, RemyBuxaplenty the wocky and Wandisimo the kyrii, while bigredbigred had avril_so_cool the ixi, avril_so_cool_2003 the ixi, kakerune the aisha and evanesence___ the aisha. We played and fed them when we could, which was almost every day, and we healed them if they were ever sick. One fateful day, though, some person at Neopets decided to freeze our accounts, because they thought "This account was one of many being used by the same owner to earn Neopoints". This was not true, however. We never did anything like that in all of our time on Neopets. I've tried and tried to get them to unfreeze our accounts, but it's useless. They've never replied back to me, or bigredbigred. This has totally ruined our Neopian reputations, and whatsmore, our pets are frozen as well, meaning they are trapped within the Neopets server, and may never come out. In a last attempt to get our accounts back, I've made a petition.
