Give my Friend the Greatest Birthday Ever

I am a student at UT Austin, and whilst attending there, I have met a person named Celine that is now a dear friend of mine. She is unfortunately having to celebrate her birthday under quarantine and cannot see any of her friends, so I would like to make that experience a bit less dull by getting Matthew McConaughey to create a video of him wishing her a happy birthday.

Why Matthew?
This girl is IN LOVE with him, in the most literal sense. She knows all of his movies. When he showed up to the first football game of the year, she burst into tears just because she witnessed him hundreds of feet away; this is an emotional reaction you normally only get when someone proposes to you (or something of that caliber)

Help me repay the great friendship she has provided for me and raise enough awareness of this important happening so that Celine can have a birthday that will not be forgotten.
