There is a law in ohio that states if you have more than one thing on your record you can not get anything removed i feel that this is very unfair.
If you are not a career criminal meaning that you have not committed more than 3 felony five or less crimes you should be able to get at least on thing took off your record. this excludes rapist murders and those that make a living out of committing crimes.
This law makes it that much harder for people to get good jobs. There are some people that has made honest mistakes and will pay for them the rest of their lives because they cant get it off their records and start over. I also feel that this should be a one time fix for those that qualify.
We, the undersigned, call on the people of Ohio to extend the amount of things you can have on your record in order to get your record expunged.
