Recently, Australian company Rossi, lost a contract to supply boots for the Australian Army, to an overseas Company.
It is also believed that the government will get the next order of submarines from Japan, not to made in Adelaide.
Even our last Olympic uniforms were made overseas.
We, the undersigned, call on all levels of government in Australia to buy Australian products in preference to an overseas product, where one exists.
For example submarines, boots for soldiers, uniforms for Olympic teams, etc.
We need to protect jobs for Australians now and in the future.
Governments should lead the way!
