Because adults who sexually abuse children are repeat offenders, it makes sense not to allow them to be in close contact with children. Common sense tells us to keep these adults away from kids and out of our neighborhoods.
We must know where the sexual offenders are. They must be registered and followed closely. My heart goes out to the men and women who are sexually attracted to children.They must be protected from child pedophiles.
If convicted of pedophilia how long would the prison sentence be? Answer: Sentencing depends upon the state and the severity of the crime. It could be anywhere from a fine to life in prison.
Most states have a requirement that convicted pedophiles be listed on a register that identifies them as a pedophile so that parents can be alert to their location and take proper precautions. Many fly under the radar.We need to stiffen this procedure.
Requirement of a ankle location bracelet to every sex offender,even on 1st offense. To those Living Pedophiles that KILL there should not be a lighter sentence than DEATH. No matter if they give confession or location of their victim.
A life sentence is NOT enough.They kill ,then they should be meet the same fate.
