MP’s of the British Government have been accused of fraud with regards to their expenses claims. This includes Elliot Morley, David Chaytor, Ben Chapman, Bill Wiggin, Julie Kirkbride, Andrew MacKay, Fabian Hamilton, Alistair Darling, Anne Keen, Hazel Blears, Greg Barker, Jaqui Smith, Tony McNulty and Margaret Beckett.
Despite receiving hundreds of complaints, the Metropolitan Police have still not arrested these people. Any other person in the UK would have been arrested immediately.
We the undersigned call for the Metropolitan Police to immediately arrest the following people under the 2006 Fraud Act and the 1968 Theft Act:
Elliot Morley, David Chaytor, Ben Chapman, Bill Wiggin, Julie Kirkbride, Andrew MacKay, Fabian Hamilton, Alistair Darling, Anne Keen, Hazel Blears, Greg Barker, Jaqui Smith, Tony McNulty and Margaret Beckett, and all other MP’s who have been found to have committed fraud / theft with regards to their expenses claims.
We demand that these people are charged with theft and fraud for their illegal actions. If the said people are found to have been fraudulent in their expenses claims, we demand them to be prosecuted in the Court of Law for theft and fraud.
