समस्त सीएए ( CAA) / एनपीआर (NPR) / एनआरसी (NRC) विरोधी प्रदर्शनों को स्वेच्छा से पंजीकृत करने के लिए जनता की लंबी, उत्साही पंक्तियों द्वारा स्वेच्छित तथा उत्साहित भागीदारी में परिवर्तित कर इन प्रदर्शनों को पूर्णतः लुप्त करने की विधि प्रस्तुत है :-

Launch two new, major schemes for significant benefits of all the Indian citizens living in India and for low-income or no-income families with special benefits for Indian children so that the talents of all the children are given the best opportunities to develop fully for the benefit of the children themselves as well as for the benefit of the nation:
भारत में रहने वाले समस्त भारतीय नागरिकों के तथा निम्नआय अथवा आयरहित परिवारों के एवं विशेष रूप से भारतीय बच्चों के महत्त्वपूर्ण लाभ के लिए दो नवीन, प्रमुख योजनाएं आरम्भ करें जिससे सभी बच्चों की प्रतिभाओं को बच्चों के स्वयं के हित के साथ-साथ राष्ट्र के हित के लिए पूर्ण रूप से विकसित होने के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ सुयोग प्राप्त हो सकें।

Scheme 1: Indian People's Welfare Scheme (IPWS) whereby all Indian citizens, especially low-income or no-income people will be provided the best and very cheap medical / health / transport / housing / food / other facilities, and unemployed people will be provided guidance / help for getting employed and will receive unemployment allowance during the unemployment period.
योजना 1:- भारतीय जनता समृद्धि योजना (भाजसयो) जिसके अन्तर्गत सभी भारतीय नागरिकों, विशेष रूप से निम्नआय अथवा आयरहित परिवारों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ एवं अत्यंत अल्पमूल्यिक चिकित्सा / स्वास्थ्य / परिवहन / आवास / भोजन / अन्य सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएं, तथा कार्यरहित लोगों को कार्य-नियोजित करने हेतु मार्गदर्शन / सहायता का प्रावधान किया जाय तथा उन्हें कार्यरहित अवधि में कार्यरहित भत्ता प्रदान किया जाय।

Scheme 2: Indian Children's Comprehensive Development Programme (ICCDP) whereby all the children will be monitored for the complete development of their study, sports, music, artistic and other talents and will be provided with the best and very cheap (or free) education / sports / transport / medical / health facilities, and will receive monthly child allowance for better, healthy and complete diet. Some of the goals for children's comprehensive development will be:
योजना 2:- भारतीय बाल व्यापक विकास कार्यक्रम (भाबाव्यविका) जिसके अन्तर्गत सभी बच्चों का उनके अध्ययन, खेल, संगीत, कलात्मक और अन्य प्रतिभाओं के सम्पूर्ण विकास के लिए अवलोकन, निरीक्षण एवं परिवेक्षण किया जाय तथा उन्हें सर्वश्रेष्ठ एवं अत्यंत अल्पमूल्यिक (अथवा नि:शुल्क) शिक्षा / खेल / परिवहन / चिकित्सा / स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएं। इसके साथ ही उन्हें बेहतर, स्वस्थ और संपूर्ण आहार के लिए मासिक बाल भत्ता प्रदान किया जाए। बच्चों के व्यापक विकास के कुछ निम्नलिखित लक्ष्य होंगे:

- win about 200 Olympic Gold Medals for India in about 8 to 10 years
- develop about 1000 top music artists for each musical instrument: violin, piano, flute, harp, etc.
- make world's top 50 sportspersons / teams in each sport: football, hockey, volley-ball, tennis, badminton, table-tennis, swimming, ski, etc.

समस्त जनता के लिए उपलब्ध नवीन सुविधाएँ, विशेष रूप से निम्नआय अथवा आयरहित परिवारों के लिए अत्यंत अल्पमूल्यिक अथवा नि:शुल्क:-
- लगभग साठ हजार सर्वश्रेष्ठ, सभी आधुनिक उपकरणों / सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित उच्च कोटि के चिकित्सालय

- लगभग साठ हजार तकनीकी स्कूल आदि।
- लगभग एक लाख अल्पमूल्यिक एवं उच्च कोटि के क्रयकेंद्र
- साधारण जनता के लिए एक लाख अल्पमूल्यिक तथा सर्वोत्तम भोजनालय
- तथा अनेक अन्य संबंधित सुविधाएं

Procedure for public to get the benefit:
To get the benefit of the above two schemes - Indian People's Welfare Scheme (IPWS) and Indian Children's Comprehensive Development Programme (ICCDP) - so that the relevant required facilities and allowances can be provided to the people who need them, according to their requirements, all the people should take contact with the two departments - Indian People's Welfare Department (IPWD) and Indian Children's Comprehensive Development Department (ICCDD), where they will all be registered, their needs will be considered, and proper facilities / allowances will be provided to them. For registration, Indian identity card will be required. Identity card will be made available by the Identity Certification Department (ICD) to all the applicants on submitting identity details, e.g., ration card, driving licence, pan card, or other specified document, etc. as proof of their identity
जनता द्वारा लाभ प्राप्त करने की प्रणाली:-
उपरोक्त दोनों योजनाओं - भारतीय जनता समृद्धि योजना (भाजसयो) और भारतीय बाल व्यापक विकास कार्यक्रम (भाबाव्यविका) - से लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए, जिससे कि संबंधित आवश्यक सुविधाएं और भत्ते उन लोगों को आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार प्रदान किए जा सकें, जिनको आवश्यकता है, समस्त जनता को दोनों विभागों - भारतीय जन कल्याण विभाग (भाजकवि) तथा भारतीय बाल व्यापक विकास विभाग (भाबाव्यविवि) - से संपर्क करना चाहिए, जहां वे सभी पंजीकृत होंगे, उनकी आवश्यकताओं का अध्ययन किया जाएगा, और उन्हें उचित सुविधाएं / भत्ते प्रदान किए जाएंगे। पंजीकरण के लिए, भारतीय पहचान पत्र की आवश्यकता होगी जोकि पहचान प्रमाणीकरण विभाग (पप्रवि) द्वारा सभी आवेदकों को पहचान संबंधी परिपत्र उदाहरणतः राशन कार्ड, गाड़ीचालन पत्र, आयकर पत्र, या अन्य निर्दिष्ट परिपत्र इत्यादि उनकी पहचान के प्रमाण के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने के पश्चात उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

This way, all the citizens will receive the social benefits and will register themselves enthusiastically and willingly to receive these benefits, thus all anti-CAA / -NPR / -NRC demonstrations will disappear by converting to willing participation through long, enthusiastic queues of people to register themselves willingly. Additionally, the implementation of these huge schemes will create about 1 crore jobs in India and at the same time, will raise the living standard of the majority of Indian people significantly.
इस प्रकार, सभी नागरिक सामाजिक लाभ प्राप्त करेंगे तथा इन लाभों को प्राप्त करने के लिए उत्साहपूर्वक तथा स्वेच्छा से स्वयं को पंजीकृत करेंगे, इस प्रकार समस्त सीएए ( CAA) / एनपीआर (NPR) / एनआरसी (NRC) विरोधी प्रदर्शन स्वेच्छा से पंजीकृत करने के लिए जनता की लंबी, उत्साही पंक्तियों द्वारा स्वेच्छित तथा उत्साहित भागीदारी में परिवर्तित होकर स्वत: पूर्णरूप से लुप्त हो जाएंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, इन विशाल योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन से भारत में लगभग 1 करोड़ कार्य के सुयोग उत्पन्न होंगे तथा साथ ही, अधिकांश भारतीय नागरिकों के जीवन स्तर में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होगी।
