This is the first petition that is being taken against Walmart for it's predatory pricing practices.
I as an individual living in the United State petition the Department of Justice to investigate and prosecute the predatory pricing practices of Walmart on the basis that they are unfair business practices which force U.S. companies to comply or to be put out of business. These practices not only violate antipredatory-pricing laws but the also violate antitrust laws.
