On April 17th, 2015, Donald Glover Jr. 33, of Erie was killed, when a driver pulled into his path of his motorcycle. Jennifer Porath, 34 who at the time did not even have a license was sentenced with 30 days in jail, 5 months of work release and then just 6 months of an ankle monitor.
We, the undersigned, call for the County of Erie Distric Attorney to appeal and have proper justice be served. We the public believe that she should be charged under the Pennsylvania Statutes Title 18 Pa.C.S.A. Crimes and Offenses § 2504. Involuntary manslaughter. Considering this was her 11th traffic offence the crime fits. The Law state by pursuing involuntary manslaughter, the state seeks to prevent and punish activities that happen with disregard for human life.
