My name is Aymara Conveniencia, I am the older sister of Juwan "Chico" Tavarez. My brother was shot on 3/25/2016 on 114th & 115th street and 3rd Ave.
My brother was later declared brain dead due to his injuries of which he was pronounced on 3/27/2016 brain dead.
My family and I are seeking justice for my brother. My brother's killer is still on the loose and justice needs to be served.
We are seeking the help of all elected officials and community to please help my mother and our family get justice, peace and closure.
We are seeking to put the pressure on NYPD as justice needs to be served.
