Disabled people and those in receipt of Incapacity Benefit should receive the same Council Tax Benefit Award as those in receipt of Jobseeker's Allowance and Income Support.
We, the undersigned, call upon the government of the United Kingdom to revise their policy on Council Tax Benefit with regards to the disabled and those in receipt of Incapacity Benefit, with a view to the aforementioned being awarded full Benefit.
