I am creating this petition as we all know that the government are cutting budgets left right and centre.
Did you know that 1 in 5 of motorists have been prosecuted for speeding. I understand speed Camera's can be a pain however so is insuring your car and having MOT tests but we do these things as if we don't we are breaking the law.
Well we have to keep within the speed limit too this protects pedestrians and other motorists too. A speed Camera reminds us of this. However did you also know that an AA survey identified 173 miles of the most dangerous roads in the uk. Strangely enough only 4 out of the 5000 camera's in the country are located on these killer roads.
We the undersigned call on Local mp's and the house of commons not to scrap speed camera's but to make sure that they are in the most dangerous and relevant places.
