The decision to discontuine the season for the Kirk Park Colts is premature in nature and unfair.
That fact that Kirk Park Colts where never directly involved in the incident at the Valley Field nor did they start anything at the War Memorial proves that the disciplline action towards Kirk Park Colts is unfair and Unjust.
We are asking for fairness, that the CNY Pop Warner organization reconsiders the decision to cut the Kirk Park Midgets football season until the investigation is complete.
This petition is acknowledgeing that we (the supportors and family of Kirk Park Colts) think that the decision to stop the season and be placed on probation is premature in nature and we intend on fighting the decision all the way.
