The Department of Children's Services in the State of Tennessee violates a person's rights to due process, religious freedom, and they are enabled to do so by certain laws in the Tennessee Code Annotated 37-1-113 and 37-1-114.
These allow a child to be taken into custody without due process and put into custody and placed in homes without consideration of religious freedom of the family.
We, the undersigned, call on Congresswoman Delores Gresham to help to repeal unconstitutional laws that are practised by the Department of Human Services in the removal of custody of children from their custodial parents.
