SEXY has demonstrated a consistent professional commitment to the growth of beach tennis and has had overwhelmingly positive response from tournament organizers, players and fans alike, you could even say that many have caught Sexy Fever all around the globe and love what the brand represents. For over 2 years, the ITF has placed a ban on Sexy Brand, simply because of our name.
During these last years the ITF has decided our name makes us a risk and therefore has not only banned SEXY from sponsoring events but also banned the company that owns SEXY Brand too (our parent company Veruba LLC).
Additionally, the ITF has banned our “S” ball even after we agreed in 2016 to change them from Sexy to “S”. Still, with no notice, they banned those balls from being used in ITF matches. We have never received a formal explanation as to why this is the case. Working towards a solution that has yet to come has cost our company a lot of time, energy and money that could have gone into the SEXY Pro tour series that we aim to bring to the world on international television.
Sexy Brand is committed to our mission to change the definition of sexy by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. We give free beach tennis lessons, sponsor tournaments that promote beach tennis athletes and the sport of beach tennis. We give back to our local communities by donating time, resources and products to local causes. We aim to show the world that our actions are SEXY.

Let the ITF know that you want acceptance of Sexy from the ITF by lifting the ban. We have proven to be an integral and impactful part of the beach tennis community and are looking for the ITF to allow us to continue our mission of promoting and elevating the sport of beach tennis at an global level.
THEREFORE: We, the undersigned, request that the International Tennis Federation ("ITF") reconsider its reasons to have placed a ban on Sexy Brand and allow SEXY to participate in sponsoring and advertising at ITF beach tennis tournaments and events.
