Louisburgh is a satellite town, and a gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way, specifically Dulough Valley&Conemara.
Louisburgh needs a fine dining restaurant to cater for locals and holiday makers all year round. It will provide another choice of dining out options, and improve the visual appearance of a building in the very center of town which has fallen into disuse for 3-4 years.
It will also provide 4 to 6 people with permanent, year round employment.
