Marcus Trufant is a Pacific Northwest Icon. Born and raised in Tacoma this human gift was not only presented to Lloyd and Constance Trufant, but to us as well on Christmas day, 1980.
Marcus has exemplified LEADERSHIP, INTEGRITY AND DETERMINATION. Being the oldest of 3, Marcus dedicated himself to being the ultimate role model to his younger brothers. His example resulted in his brothers Isaiah and Desmond Trufant becoming 2 of the NFL's PRIMO players.
Seattle Seahawks #23 proved to be one of the National Football leagues finest cornerbacks ever. Ten seasons and one day, of which 9 of those years and 1 day were dedicated to the 2014 SuperBowl winners.
In 2012 MANY of the 12's believe that Marcus Trufant's tremendous athletic contribution proved to be a major factor in setting the stage the Seattle Seahawks success which resulted in becoming 2013's SUPER BOWL XLVIII champs.
We strongly believe that MARCUS TRUFANT also deserves a well earned SUPER BOWL XLVIII CHAMPIONSHIP ring.
