Without using any internet, all data went missing from my Vodacom account, the same happened to a number of other accounts that I know of. When asked to investigate, Vodacom's response is always "You used it on the internet".
This has happened more than once and it's time Vodacom is held accountable and proves their case or refunds users the missing amounts.
We, the undersigned, call on the Consumer Complaints Commision to investigate Vodacom and demand that Vodacom is held accountable to refund customers whose data and airtime has dissapeared.
