I as a NYC registered voter am opposed to any regulation by Department of Health under commissioner Thomas Farley or any other state or city regulation.
This pertains specifically to regulations of Happy Hour Alcohol promotions, time frames related to promotions as long as they fall within already existing alcohol legal serving time constraints, regulation of discounted drink pricing.
Do not ban Happy Hour!
