The residents of Abbeville Village listed below would like to oppose the opening of a Sainsbury’s Local at 36-38 Abbeville Road, SW4 9NG.
We believe this will destroy our community and result in the closure of at least half a dozen local shops causing a number of further derelict buildings. This will also lead to an adverse effect on local property prices.
We also oppose the granting of a retail of alcohol license at these premises due to the disruption it may cause to our neighbourhood.
