This is a show of hands of Vodafone customers who feel that Nokia's firmware revisions should be passed to their customers as quickly as possible.
We aim to prove that when we purchase a device heavily reliant on it's primary software (firmware) that any problems in that software should be corrected at the earliest possible opportunity.
We will also show that Vodafone's intervention in the firmware release process is both needlessly lengthy and does not improve their customer experience.
We the undersigned ask Vodafone and Nokia recognise that the delay in firmware updates adversely and detrimentally affects both the end user experience and the functionality of the handset.
