To fulfill our mission in its entirety, and to officially partner with outside contractors, Retowne must comply with DEP regulations in establishing and operating a legal waste transfer station. Our charity R.E.T.O.W.N.E.’s (a nj nonprofit corporation) mission is our name: Redistributing Equitably To Offset Worldwide Needs Efficiently. We retrieve, reclaim, repair, refurbish, repurpose, recycle and/or redistribute USABLE goods to and for individuals and families free of charge and tax. In order to complete this process, we need to educate the public in order to gain their support; curry the favor of local and state government officials and politicians; and secure financial support in the form of several hundred thousands of US dollars over the course of the next 2-5 years.
Retowne (a nj nonprofit corporation), is asking the public to support the establishment of a new transfer station in Atlantic County to receive all types of waste materials for the purpose of sorting, recycling and redistribution, both in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as current common moral and ethical standards.
