This man Carlos D. ELLIOTT brutally robbed and murdered an innocent woman Eunice Lee Huckabee on February 16, 1988 at her work in Walterboro, SC. He brutally stabbed her 12 times from behind with a serrated steak knife with a wooden handle and she managed to crawl leaving a trail of blood to the bathroom to get away from him and he tried to get in the bathroom to finish what he started and came back a second time to finish her off. He couldn’t get in the bathroom so he left her for dead. She managed to call authorities, to give them the make and model of her car that he stole and a description of the suspect and the direction he was headed. She died at her work.
Carlos D. Elliott was arrested the night of the murder, and he still had the keys to her car in his pocket, he made the mistake of burying his own keys, and he had the money he stole from Eunice Huckabee in his pocket with her blood on it.
Carlos D. Elliott was convicted before the law was changed to allow life without parole for murder. He was sentenced to 999 years, but since the law was changed he only served 30 years and comes up for parole every two years. We the victims family will never have closure to the brutal murder of their mother Eunice Lee Huckabee and it’s taken a toll on her family.

He took the life from our Mother, and she was the best mother and the mother of five children, best friend, grandmother from us.

PLEASE KEEP HIM IN PRISON FOREVER FOR THE BRUTAL MURDER OF OUR MOTHER.
