The West Clermont school board has decided to fire all part-time teachers. This is not beneficial educationally or financially.
Part time teachers are much more cost effective and because of this some highly qualified teachers are being fired.
We, the undersigned, believe that for financial and education reasons, the West Clermont Board of Education should refrain from firing part-time teachers. We believe that this action will be in the best interest of the teachers, students, and West Clermont community members.
