In 1968 the Catholic Bishops of Canada declared that they would not be faithful to the unchanging Tradition of the Roman Catholic Church, by declaring that it was not longer forbidden for Catholics to use contraception. This was done with the issuing of the document known as the 'Winnipeg Statement'. This statement has brought down the wrath of Almighty God on the people of Canada. This statement must repealed and the Law of God obeyed!
