Petition to Honorable Indian Supreme Court.
This is in regard to the Historic Judgement from Honorable Karnataka High Court involving Judges of Special Court and High Courts.
We the Public so called citizens of India heard the Former Tamilnadu Chief Minister Kumari: J Jayalalitha (herein after called Accused) approaching the Supreme Court on Thursday, 09th Oct 2014 challenging the Karnataka high court order refusing bail and suspension of a four-year jail term in the disproportionate assets case.
The Accused has all rights to ask for BAIL but none in this Country has the right to challenge and Refuse the High Court order not even Supreme Court of India unless observed ambiguity in the order.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Accused: I am 66 yrs old and suffering from various ailments.
Public: Why this was not realized while doing the crime, Why did not resign the position and give it to other able person when you had various ailments before this act ?
Accused: Petition filed states that there was no point in lodging her in jail as the Karnataka high court would take at least four years to decide on her appeal.
Public: Who gave you the right to question back High Court authorities about the time taken for a decision ?
The time taken is not for fun and instead to make everything clear before coming to judgement. None of Accused business to question about time taken for a decision form any Court. The money spent on running the accused case is all waste of money till today and accused is not matured enough to understand this.
Accused: Petition filed by accused also contended that she has been sentenced to simple and not rigorous imprisonment, and in such cases grant of bail is the norm.
Public: Simple imprisonment only for your age and not for your name and fame, even a beggar gets the same concession from honorable Indian Law for elder people. Public will be more than happiest on earth if Supreme Court turns the simple imprisonment to rigorous imprisonment for life time for all the 4 accused.
PUBLIC PETITION:
WHAT IF COMMON PEOPLE FILES CROSS FILE PETITION QUESTIONING SUPREME COURT NOT TO GIVE ANY BAIL FOR SUCH CRIMINALS? THIS IS AN EXAMPLE SET IN INDIAN HISTORY FROM STATE HIGH COURT and INDIAN LAW PUNISHING SUCH CURRENT CM FOR FOUND GUILTY. IF THIS IS NOT OBEYED THEN THE ENTIRE LAW CAN BE RUINED AGAIN IF PROVIDED A BAIL AND THE SYSTEM GOES BACK TO SAME SITUATION WHERE IT WAS. IF THEY ARE ILL LET THEM TAKE TREATMENT IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL AND JAIL.
IF SUPREME COURT GIVES BAIL THEN ITS INSULTING HIGH COURT AND SPECIAL COURT DECISION WHO TOOK 4 YEARS TO COME TO THIS DECISION. IF SUPREME COURT PROVIDES FOR ANY REASON MAY BE SHE CAN PAY 1000CR FOR BAIL STILL PUBLIC EXPECTS SUPREME COURT TO HONOR HIGH COURT DECISION.
IF BAIL PROVIDED THEN ITS INDIRECTLY GIVES A BROAD MESSAGE TO NATION TO CHEAT PEOPLE MAKE MONEY AND GET OLD TO ESCAPE FROM PUNISHMENT.
EVERY YOUTH WHO COMES TO SERVE NATION WILL COME WITH THE INTENTION OF MAKING MONEY OUT OF PUBLIC IF ACCUSED IS GIVEN A BAIL.
