For at least 60 years, Catholics worldwide have asked that the requests of Our Lady of Fatima are heeded in their entirety. As world chaos heightens, as good people continue to be martyred, as attacks against the Church continue and as souls continue to be eternally lost, we humbly make this petition of two requests to the Holy Father, Pope Francis:
First, we ask that he universally promulgate the Five First Saturday devotion of Reparation and second, that he also lead all Catholic bishops throughout the world in the solemn consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Your Holiness, Pope Francis:
Coming to you because you are Christ’s Vicar on earth and our spiritual father, and deeply edified by your practice of daily praying the 15 decade Rosary , we call to mind that which is already known to you so that we may make a request of you, our Father on earth.
As you know, Most Holy Father, at Fatima, the Virgin Mary said, “God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.”
“The war [WWI] is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the reign of Pius XI. When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that He is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father.”
“To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated.”
Holy Father, as you also know, after Our Lady showed the three Fatima children (Sr. Maria Lucia of Jesus and Immaculate Heart, Servant of God, and her younger cousins, Blessed Francisco Marto and Blessed Jacinto Marto) a vision which included an angel with a flaming sword, as if to set the world of fire, and the martyrdom of “a bishop dressed in white,” followed by a long line of faithful Catholics from all walks of life. Our Holy Mother then said:
“In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and an era of peace will be granted to the world.”
Dearest Holy Father, in humility as children of Our Lord Jesus Christ, children of the Virgin Mary, and also your children, we place before you two of the Madonna’s requests, while simultaneously asking for the ceaseless intercession of this same beloved Mother, to whose Psalter you are so devoted:
We, the undersigned, trusting in your good example to unhesitatingly assist the spiritually and materially poor, ask of you, Holy Father, for your universal promulgation of the Five First Saturdays of Reparation for the five major blasphemies committed against the Immaculate Mary and for the solemn, collegial consecration of Russia, led by you and the world’s bishops, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
