For the last few years I as a football fan have watched dozens of my teams players be put out of the game for days, weeks, months, seasons, or even the rest of their career’s because of injuries. Many of these injuries took place while competing on Artificial Turf. There are a few different types of AT throughout the NFL. Whether or not the different types of AT “help” the home team? Not worried about that! Grass is grass and has dirt underneath. Those teams and players are getting injured as well, and it’s time we as their fans stood up for them!!!
We, The Fans of the National Football League (NFL), hereby request that Commissioner Roger Goodell of the NFL to make the necessary changes needed; in accordance with all NFLPA Guidelines, rules, and regulations: to require all NFL Team Owners with stadium fields currently fitted with AT be converted to Natural Grass by the start of the 2023-2024 season.
