We hope to persuade Furaffinity.net to change its Terms of Service to help protect children, and come in line with stricter child pornography laws around the world.
The current Terms of Service reads:

Fur Affinity does not permit submissions including sexually immature human and demi-human characters under the age of 18 in mature situations (aka "loli" and "shota"). Demi-humans include: Elves, Dwarves, Fae, Satyrs or otherwise fully human characters with minor additions of ears, tails or paws.
This policy does not apply to anthro/furry characters.

This current policy goes against child pornography laws around the world including Canada, Germany, Sweden and many other countries.
The possibility of legal action against FA and/or its users from within the USA and abroad, could irreversibly harm our community. This coupled with the fact that images depicting minors in sexual situations is WRONG, drives us to ask for furaffinity.net to change its TOS and help protect minors and its users.
We, the undersigned, call on www.furaffinity.net to alter their terms of service to include a ban on submissions of anthro/furry characters who appear to be under 18 years of age in mature and sexual situations and poses.
