Polo Fields needs to improve communication between neighbors.
As paying members of The Polo Fields neighborhood, we are requesting a monthly newsletter. To be delivered in our mailboxes on the first Monday of each month. The newsletter should include such things as: community calendar, discussion area, lost & found, free classifieds and association members contact information.
We are also asking for a financial statement of where our home owner's association money is spent, to be delivered quarterly.
