Proposed City Mobile Home Ordinance, Wakita, Oklahoma

We, the undersigned petitioners, do hereby request the city board members of the Town of Wakita, Oklahoma to consider the following:
Whereas there are/or were covenants relating to the ownership of property established by warranty deed that guaranteed rights and restrictions to property owners within the Legal boundaries of the Town of Wakita, and that those restrictive covenants may be unclear or expired request the the Town of Wakita implement a code for the wellfare and benefit of its citizens, and that public dicussion take place and due haste be made in this matter.
