If Market Value is $100,000, Assessed Value is $19,000. Tax will increase $66.50 per year, or approximately 18 cents per day.
If Market Value is $150,000, Assessed Value is $28,500. Tax will increase $99.75 per year, or approximately 27 cents per day.
