Underage youth are attending parties called "Raves". These Raves are being held at The Underground, The Roller Rink and other locations. The kids who attend are being exposed to: underage drinking, ecstasy, pot, sexually suggestive dress.
As a community, the time has come to put a stop to minor children being corrupted. As parents, educators, law enforcement and representatives of this community we are calling for the change in the Special Use Permit that allows these functions to include minors.

We are calling on those who regulate these establishments to change any existing law/loophole that exists in allowing minors to participate at any event that encourages alcohol, drugs, inappropriate dress (suggesting sex, gangs,). Specifically we call for the oversight of The Underground, King Skate.
