In today’s world we have animals, if we do not protect them in tomorrow’s world we will not have animals.
Every animal has a role in this world, for example without ants there will not be any echidnas.
Animals require plants and other animals to survive. It is a job of every human to protect animals. Building houses by removing vegetation will decrease the numbers of animals.
Brisbane City Council has approved a revised application to develop 2.5 Ha and create 47 single unit dwellings on January 15, 2014.This development will be done by threatening the wildlife that lives in the bushland pocket of almost 20 ha.
There are 69 native species found in the bushland, some of which are threatened and vulnerable species.
These include:
• Grey - headed flying fox
• Greater broad-nosed bat
• Swamp Wallaby
• Red necked Wallaby
• Rufous fantail
• Greater glider
• Squirrel glider
• yellow-bellied sheath-tailed bat
• 38 bird species and 6 reptiles
Please can you save these animals from extinction otherwise these animals will not be able to survive.
A big saw will come and cut the trees and the animals will lose their home.
These little animals will be very sad and lose their home and may die.
Even if the council moves their home from one place to another they will be very sad.
I request your support to help save the little animals habitat.
