This petition is in protest against action taken against Deborah Sparks, homeowner at 830 Yorkshire Dr., Ravenna, Ohio.
The homeowners association approached said homeowner about a section of backyard fence that is not in compliance with homeowners regulation.
Deborah Sparks agreed to re-work the section of fence and bring it into compliance with the regulations set by the Homeowners Association.
After this discussion to comply with Fred Berry the Association still filed suit in civil court to order Deborah Sparks Homeowner at 830 Yorkshire Dr. to comply with Association Regulations.
We feel this is an unnecessary action and misuse of association dues. And request the court to review the legalities of this misuse. These monies are being spent without full disclosure to the association members. No quarterly or annual reports are being issued to members informing them of how their dues are being spent. No certified public accountants report as ever been issued to as where these funds are and how they are being used.
We, the undersigned, submit that The Annevar Estates Homeowners Association has acted inappropriately and misused association dues.
The courts and all owners should review the legalities of this misuse.
