There are over seven million americans who are involved in cults, or cult-like groups.
There is hardley any money used to help cult victims, or research cult tactics, which would prevent people from joining a cult. If this petition goes through, money will be used to research cults, and educate the public about them, so that they are more informed.
The goal is to help cult victims, and prevent people from becoming one.
This petition is for more money and research on the subject of cults. Education of the public is the fastest way to prevent any further cult-related tradgies.
