Public Safety - Construct Dedicated Cycling Lane Along Admiralty Road, Singapore

On 19/06/2017 around 0610hrs, I was going back home from the Mosque and I had witnessed a Bangladeshi worker whom was cycling and had hit onto a male Malay elderly which I often see him at the Mosque. The Bangladeshi's left bicycle handle had hit on to the right elbow of the male Malay elderly and he screamed out in pain. The Bangladeshi worker even said to the male Malay elderly that "I only hit you a bit" in Malay. As the male Malay elderly is fasting, he does not wish to talk nor argue with the Bangladeshi worker and left followed by the Bangladeshi worker whom cycle off eventually. I wish to state that there is 2 OFO Bikes parking on the pavement and also one huge green movable trash bin belonging to the Marsiling Community Centre is causing the path to be narrow and it could cause safety hazards to the members of public. I am making this report to inform the Mosque, Marsiling Community Centre and Municipal Council.
