Would like to build a R/C track by the water tower in Bellevue. Gives people more things to do within the village, and will also bring some business, not a bunch but some.
This is a fun, fast growing hobby!
The nearest R/C track is in Charlotte or a few private ones in Battle Creek,
I feel it won’t hurt to add another “attraction,event” to the area.
All that is needed is dirt I will have brought in and will do the hard labor myself.
Upkeep is very minimal as it’s a dirt track!
Want people to allow a R/C track to be built somewhere within the Village of Bellevue, my thought of placement is by the water tower/skate park,
But open to any/every opportunity I can get!
