This is a petition to rebuild the low crossing bridge that is currently between Martin Luther Blvd and Sandavol st.
The low crossing bridge that is currently there has a drain problem as this bridge has been on this property a number of years. and does not work properly. The bridge itself has sunken in and is in need of replacing.
The petition is asking to repair this low crossing bridge, and move it over to Robles St so as to repair the water drainage problems and the water that builds up into this ditch.
