Senior hunters are disadvantaged by the restriction of determining an inch tine minimum on a potential harvest. Only an ideal situation such as: the antlered deer would have to look straight on to the hunter, be non-mobile, and very close to the hunter in order for a senior hunter to be able to accurately estimate the length of a tine.
We the Senior hunters of Pennsylvania call for the Pennsylvania Game Commission to change the game laws to hold seniors to the same guidelines as: junior license holders, mentored youth, disabled hunters, and resident active duty U.S. Armed Services personnel that can harvest antlered deer with two or more points on one antler, or a spike three or more inches in length.
