Matthew Atkins and his father's business have been meticulously destroying the apartment unit. They are never available(even during the 2 hour shifts management seems to always be on vacation). They use fear and intimidation to increase their fees and when you attempt to get an issue fixed through them they are rude and act as though everything is the homeowners business. This is unbelievable and now they will destroy our home thru their "renovations" which should have commenced long before the approaching winter season. This must stop please sign the petition to help us unseat these entitled "property managers".
