Remove Inadequate University Professor at Brock

Situation:
The situation with SOCI 3P01 and Professor Ana Isla is that she has a lack of appropriate teaching abilities, and does not know how to properly articulate the material to students in a manner that learning may be possible. Her grading scheme is non-existent and she gives students marks with no academic feasibility.

Her English is exceptionally weak which leads to confusion in the classroom and also perplexity in trying to figure out her writing on assignments. The teaching assistants have been teaching the course more than her.

What is needed:
Professor Ana Isla should not be able to teach at the University level, and make more students go through the stress and anxiety that we have all been through. As an extra bonus the students currently enrolled in SOCI 3P01 should have their grades compensated for the amount of nervous tension that they have endured.

Why it is needed:
This situation needs to be solved as soon as possible because there is no reason that any other students should have to experience her teaching the way that this class has had to. A person like Professor Isla may have the mental capacity to gain tremendous amounts of knowledge, but has no way of expressing it to other people.
