Remove the privative clauses from all Workers’ Compensation Acts across Canada

WE THE PEOPLE; Want all privative clauses removed, and the right of full Appeal on all facts and questions of law, excluding large employers as they are already represented by various Workers' Compensation Boards through out North America. This is an Example of why all countries that have workmens' Compensation Acts should sign this petition.

The IAIABC Convention has been held annually since the organization’s inception in 1914.
