TO REPEAL NEW YORK STATE HELMET LAWS.
Govenor Pataki, please restore our freedom of choice to ride with or without a helmet. This freedom was taken from us by a bunch of do-gooders who don't ride motorcycles and have no right to, and or business deciding things for us. PLEASE GIVE US BACK OUR AMERICAN RIGHT TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES.
MANY OF US HAVE SERVED OUR COUNTRY FOR THIS PRIVILEGE AND WE ASK YOU TO RESTORE IT! Let it also be known it is our intention in upcoming elections to support any candidate who will help us achieve our goal. We will cross any and all party lines to have this law removed from the books. This petition will be supported by 99% of all motorcycle owners, riders, dealerships, families, and all Americans who have had enough of this "NONSENSE"!
