States are passing laws without the consent of voters and without due process of the law ..and it is my estimation that it is against the constitution.
Status of State ‘Red Flag’ Laws
15 states already have a red flag law
13 states pending legislation (including Texas
and these laws have been passed without voter input .
I am proposing that each state governor be sent a letter and asked to repeal these laws and any state that will not repeal the red flag laws will be sued for a billion dollars .
We need our voices to be heard right now we are being ignored .and by signing this petition your voice will be heard clear across America and in every state house .
