Welcome, We all feel like we have been duped on the refunds and the £50 voucher not being issued by John Lewis as part of their "never knowingly undersold" policy. Let's all take 5 minutes out of our day to sign this petition will I will forward to the CEO of John Lewis when we get an adequate amount of signatures.
As we are all aware many people on-line and in-store received a refund amount of £70 towards the galaxy tablets they just bought along with a promise of the £50 vouchers (JL's current galaxy promotion).
All I have received up to now (after many days of telephone calls and emails) is a promise of a £20 refund to my account.
John Lewis should honour the terms of its Samsung Galaxy promotion.
