Thank you for your email to Andy which he has copied to me.
Your project sounds very interesting. As you may be aware, Lord Falconer’s Assisted Dying Bill has been discussed in Parliament, as a Private Member’s Bill. This aims to provide greater choice to dying adults and contains strict safeguards to protect vulnerable people. Members of both houses are being given a free vote and several members of the Government, including Norman Lamb, the minister for care, are expected to vote in favour, though the bill’s Second Reading - the general debate on all aspects of the Bill - is yet to be scheduled.
Andy would be happy to write to the Secretary of State for Health asking him to consider the paper produced as a result of your project. Please let me know if you would like him to do this.

I am calling open everyone who wants to have the right to die to sign this petition!
This will either effect you or someone you know. If we get enough signatures this will be a truly remembered piece of work that has bought the united kingdom together. Why cant we if Switzerland and Belgium do?
We don't deserve to have the same excuses every time this goes forward. It is time we got what we wanted so please help me!
