Skateboarding is not a crime. It's a sport and a great lesure activity. It's difficult to find appropriate locations to skate. Kids are often found skateboarding in areas that are undesirable.
A skatepark would be a great commmunity service to Rochelle Park.
Since Saddle River Park is so close, Rochelle Park makes a perfect location.
