WE NEED STRONG LAWS TO SUPPORT A GOOD POLICE FORCE. A POLICE FORCE WILL BE BURDENED AND WEAKENED WITHOUT STRONG SUPPORT FROM THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
GIVE MANDATORY JAIL SENTENCE AND MANDATORY WHIPPING FOR RAGUT AND WE SEE HOW MANY MAT RAGUTS CAN STAND UP AGAINST IT. HIGHER BAIL OR NON BAILABLE SHALL BE IMPOSED ON THEM.
DO YOU SUPPORT THAT THE SNATCH THIEVES/MAT RAGUTS MUST BE ROTAN AND MUST BE JAILED MINIMUM ONE YEAR?
